Perhaps you feel that what some call transition is innately change taking place. Perhaps you see change as an external event. Perhaps you feel to be most effective it must first be an internal one. Perhaps in the process you will ask your inner voice this question that is within… “Do I inherently know and do things that inspire trust?”
