How to rip me off

An innovative eBayer has posted a comprehensive guide on how to defraud eBayers.

In the auction for a Sony laptop (which has already been pulled by eBay), the seller has provided an analysis of how to rip him off for the value of the laptop. I’ve come close to being defrauded before on eBay (I’ve been offered Western Union payments for shipping to Nigeria; had my auctions cloned by Chinese sellers; and had buyers request that I drop goods off with them before payment, when a quick check of Google Earth revealed the location to be an abandoned industrial estate – spooky!). It’s worth a read just to protect yourself in future eBay transactions.
