In previous versions of Outlook, when I expand a contact list - to check that all recipient e-mails are still valid - I would get a message stating "You do not have permission to send to" -and it would list those invalid e-mails. That was very helpful to me because the list contains folks outside my department and I don't always know when they leave the company.
I have a contact list with well over 250 people in it, and now the message reads " You do not have permission to send to 15 recipients". It additionally will say 'X# of recipients are sending automatic reply's"
Is there a way to display only the names of those recipients ? I know that in the "TO" Field the names that are valid are in black font, and the names of folks who are either sending auto replies or whose e-mails are not valid are in a different font color, but I would rather not have to check through all the names.
