We have 22 XIV’s with over 12,000 virtual machines and 350 W2003 servers. No issues the last 2 years. Just bought 14 Gen3’s. Make sure you are at the latest level of MC and don’t path more the 6 ports to windows. In my testing I was able to freeze windows when pathing more that 6 ports per server. Interesting enough, my Linux and HP-UX can handle 12 port pathing from XIV. We moved from Vmax and DMX4 and our performance improved 60%. Don’t understand this magic but happy with it.
