I have a Xerox Phaser printer that's running on Linux Mint. But whenever I'm trying to print multiple jobs, it always goes to sleep between each job. I can never get it to print two jobs in a row. Why does this keep happening?

As you mentioned this is Linux OS, some kind of configuration is needed to overcome this issue. Check whether the two sided printing is selected on the printer settings. If it is not selected make it is Yes/checked. You can get help from Xerox support/FAQ page, which is here: https://www.xerox.co.uk/about-xerox/support-faq/engb.html

Get its logic card examined at an authorized center.
