I have two places - one is in the Eastern time zone and the other is in the Central time zone. Whenever I travel to my place in the Central zone, my Windows 10 laptop still says Eastern time. And it's really throwing me off. How can I change it? Is it because of my Wi-Fi network or IP address? Thank you very much.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It has to do with your system clock settings. I don’t believe there is a way for it to automatically adjust the time as you have to select a time zone. Some mobile devices can do this based on GPS functions.

Right click on the clock, then select adjust time/date. Then select Region language > select additional settings. Again select change date/time. Here you select Internet time tab and change time server until you get no time out errors. However it is true that, there is no way to adjust it automatically.
