Between daily reports and conversations, I usually received a few hundred emails per day. To organize/save them, I have setup a bunch of rules in Microsoft Outlook 2010. But now, Outlook will not let me create any more rules (seems that I hit the limit). Is there anyway to get around this? I need to setup several more. Thank you!

By default, the limit is set to 64KB but your administrator can configure it to be up to 256KB. This works for all supported versions of Outlook as well; not just Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013!

Your administrator can change this via the SetMailbox -RulesQuota PowerShell command.

Another option is to see if you can consolidate your rules. Say you have a folder for a project, instead of a rule for each member going to that folder have one rule covering all members.
