WMI filter in group policy management

Hi, I have 3 labs used by same users.Each lab has differents applications.I want to use a WMI filter in policy(XP+Active Directory)to separe Labs.Because now all labs have the same icons on the desktop. Thank you

While WMI filtering might be possible depending on the configuration of the machines it’s generally there to seperate computers based on some sort of hardware/software difference. For logical seperation of labs I’d recommend splitting them up by OU, groups or both.
