Cannot view PDF files since Windows 7 installation. Also, no option available to rotate document.

Foxit reader is also free, and will work with PDFs. There is even a free trial for the full Foxit PDF Editor HERE

It is not cleared that, either you installed any kind of pdf reader on windows 7 and I thought, you must have knowledge that, without a pdf reader a pdf file can't be read/ view. If you already installed that, (hope so) check the pdf file either it is OK, i.e. not corrupted. OR ask the sender to send the file again or download the file from where you got this one earlier.

It may be possible that your file extension is now trying to use a different default program to open it. Try right clicking on the file and select OPEN WITH the choose default program.
