Windows 10 won’t boot up on computer

I recently downloaded Windows 10 onto a USB and it was supposed to be a Media Repair Tool so I could fix Media check fail on my computer but the computer won't even bring up the window, it just goes back to the right back to the Media Check Fail then a blank terminal-like screen. How do I get the windows 10 to boot up on the computer?

"...and it was supposed to be a Media Repair Tool so I could fix Media check fail on my computer..."

What do you mean by "...it was supposed to be..."? Does that mean you followed a particular set of "instructions for creating Media Repair Tool"? Or does it mean that you want a bootable USB with Win10 just to use as a Media Repair Tool? If you followed a specific set of instructions for creating the tool, which instructions were they?

Do other compatible laptops/tablets boot from that USB? Is the IdeaPad configured to boot from USB?

You can try to boot up into the recovery environment, if possible, then you can perform a startup repair/system restore. If the startup repair will not success, you can try with CD/DVD media with Windows 10 set up.

What is the current OS of the laptop? And what error are you hoping this will fix? There may be other tools that are better suited. If you were hoping to boot up a WIn10 OS from a USB was it set up properly and was your boot sequence in the BIOS set up properly?

Based on what I am reading and read in comments there is information missing from the original question. The original question did not have all the information needed. Was the tool created specifically to be run from and on a USB Flash Drive? The next question is and this is very critical is the PC that you are attempting to run the tool on, is it set to recognize USB devices and boot from them. This is controlled from the BIOS boot sequence. Also are the USB ports turned on in the BIOS? If neither of these are correctly set then it will not boot from the flash drive.
