I have a gen-full running windows 10 enterprise, my problem is hard to explain, however I will do my best. Imagine you have a clear screen, then you open a window from the task bar, its fine, then near at the same time, you open another window, each window is slightly over lapped to the other one. Once your cursor leaves the task bar to use any of the two windows, the last window you have opened, disappears behind the first window you opened. When you use the cursor and hover over any one window, it works, but the other window against it, goes behind the window you have hover over. In short, if you had a host of windows open at once on your screen, and then use your mouse to hover over any one of them, the one you had hovered over will come to the front and the others will go in the back ground without a click of your mouse. One note: When the system is first loaded into the machine, everything is fine and the windows work as they should, (Operate when they are clicked) but very soon, they go wrong.
