Windows 10 window files won’t open

Windows 10
Dear Team, I have a gen-full running windows 10 enterprise, my problem is hard to explain, however I will do my best. Imagine you have a clear screen, then you open a window from the task bar, its fine, then near at the same time, you open another window, each window is slightly over lapped to the other one. Once your cursor leaves the task bar to use any of the two windows, the last window you have opened, disappears behind the first window you opened. When you use the cursor and hover over any one window, it works, but the other window against it, goes behind the window you have hover over. In short, if you had a host of windows open at once on your screen, and then use your mouse to hover over any one of them, the one you had hovered over will come to the front and the others will go in the back ground without a click of your mouse. One note: When the system is first loaded into the machine, everything is fine and the windows work as they should, (Operate when they are clicked) but very soon, they go wrong.

So, when you opened multiple windows, when click the windows which goes behind the first windows, which is already focused, and the clickable window is not focused at the same time. As I guessed correct or something wrong in this statement. Please ensure first.

I think, these activities is not liable by Windows 10. Better check your laptop's/ desktop's ram and also check the process speed is matched with the same. Also uninstall all unnecessary software which never use or very rarely use. And also open msconfig & shut down the all unwanted services, then check if it will increase performance or not. Virus checking is also a part of that.

"removed everything", this words, assuming, you have installed fresh windows 10 rather update from 7 to 10 as Microsoft offers free. Well, as said earlier, how much ram inside your laptop and have you check msconfig or stop the unnecessary services. (hope you know that process). Is there any good anti virus installed, hopefully yes, if you have doubt anymore, you can check it by using MWAV in safe mode for all the drives. However, as you installed fresh one (assuming) the chances are very few.
