So the default resolution of my Windows 10 PC is 1920 x 1080. I keep trying to change it but it always reverts back. I'm not sure what's going on here. I tried through the Control Panel but that didn't work. Any other suggestions?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

What are you trying to change the resolution to?  You also need to consider what ever program or app you may override the resolution you set because it may not be compatible.

Try right clicking the Win10 desktop and select display settings.
Verify your resolution. You may need to take it one step further if you are running multiple monitors.

As you mentioned the Windows 10 PC default resolution, then what are you trying to do? Generally Windows keeps resolution at its best. Are you trying to change resolution other than default? What resolution/pixels did you choose? Is Windows 10 updated?
