All of sudden, my Windows 10 machine keeps crashing non-stop. I'm not getting a BSOD (blue screen of death). It just turns off and comes right back on. It crashes at different times during the day (I really can't explain it anymore than that). CPU and GPU seems fine. Here's the only message I'm seeing: Windows was not properly shut down. Should I just bring this machine in?

It most likely is due to a bad patch or update. I would try booting in safe mode and see if the problem continues. If it does you may want to reload an earlier restore point and see if that version works.  Check out this link for some other possible tips

Another possibility is you have a hardware issue that may have corrupted your OS during an update or some bad drivers that got installed during an update.
