Windows 10
I just upgraded my old laptop to Windows 10. But now it keeps freezing and rebooting on me all the time. I did several tests but it looks like everything is okay. Could the problem be with my SSD? Diagnostics says it's okay but it's pretty old too. Perhaps Windows 10 is not compatible with it?

What is "...all the time"? If it's "...all the time", how can you run "several tests"?

We need access to the laptop to find out what's wrong with it. What is the list of everything installed on it, including any patches against Windows 10? What are all of the processes that are running when a freeze happens?

It could be the SSD. Or memory. Or a motherboard problem. Or malware. Or...?

Most computer repair shops can do the needed testing, or return it to the manufacturer for service.

Old laptop meant how much it is old. I also upgraded my desktop to windows 10 from windows 7, and it is made by HP and process is Intel Pentium dual CPU e2180 and after upgraded to 10, the system was hanged/freeze frequently. After tried several times, did not get any successful way to keep and work on Windows 10. Again downgraded to Windows 7 and now it is OK. Check if the hardware is supported for Windows 10.

If there had been a compatibility issue, you would not have been able to install Windows 10. The issue is with Windows 10 itself having compatibility issues with certain drivers.
