NOW, will this (specifications below) match with that one?
F3-1600C9S-4GRSL

Kindly let me know with an explanation.

It looks like you're wanting to match a 240-pin module with an existing 204-pin module. Shouldn't fit.

What brand and model laptop are these for so we can check out the system specs to see what is supported?

Without knowing the brand of computer to get the specs and see what motherboard it's using we can only guess.  As Raven said most likely it will not work based on the information you have provided.

This may not work, however more information like manufacturer of your system, full specifications are required.

According to the Lenovo site you'll need theses specs for compatibility.
(The max memory for your Lenovo laptop is 16g  (so 2 x 8g modules)

    PC3L-12800 DDR3L SDRAM SO-DIMM 204-pin

Some memory brands are better than others and will perform better.
A quick search so 8g modules can range from 40 - 85 dollars.
What brand are you looking at?

For compatibility etc. please check here, https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht507291
After open the page, press Ctrl + F & type as 40-45. It will go directly of your model. Now read this article & you can get some good idea.
