Hello friends, actually I'm interested in SAP. I have a MBA major in finance and minor in HR. Which module is good for me: SAP HCM or FICO? Which one gives me a better future and help getting job after training recently in USA.

We can't know which would be better for you. Search job sites for offerings and find SAP community forums.

Markets can change in just a couple years, so building 'career' on a particular module is always chancy. Different countries, different regions in many countries, have economic swings that even expert economists can't reliably predict.

Further, any given individual might find a personal interest and excel in any area. There is no reliable prediction for an individual when reality itself has so many variables.

Both have good amount of opportunities. Your major is in Finance. So, logically you should go for FICO. But it also depends on how have you performed in your MBA. I mean, if you haven't scored fairly well in MBA Finance, then it is a matter of concern.

Both the SAP modules have individual importance. There is no point in comparing them. Although FICO is more in demand and also good from earning point of view.
