Hi,
I am trained in SAP Basis as a graduate hire, but I have done my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Which module can provide me long term stability? Will it be SAP MM (Since I'm from a mechanical background) or should I continue in SAP Basis only? I have work experience of 1.5 years.

Software/Hardware used:
SAP MM and SAP Basis

As per your SAP qualification, it is better to continue with SAP Basis. Just try to gather solid knowledge and try to make yourself as a master in the same. In future you will get good job according to market demand.

Hi Subhendu, Thanks for your reply.
But since I am from mechanical background, will it help me if go towards SAP MM? since they are some what related I think and I am not that technical person. So will it be good if I continue in SAP Basis?

As you mentioned you are trained in SAP Basis and if you are working now on the same area, then you can continue the same. But if your job requires sap mm while you are a mechanical engineer, then you can go for sap mm. But you have to start from beginning, however some basic concepts are same. This depends on market demand and your job criteria.
