On a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 machine, we have our Citrix server.
I logon using the Citrix Web interface from a computer in the same network and from remote locations using my User Name
Usually, when I login to Citrix, it autocreates a printer based on whatever the default printer is in the computer I login from.
But a few days ago, it stopped doing that. Restarted the spooler and the Citrix Print Manager, I even rebooted the Citrix server, but the problem remained.
I was able to work around the problem by logging in to the server directly under my user name and creating a printer which was then available when I logged in remotely.
However, when logging in offsite, from outside the network that the server is on, I cannot add my remote printer to Citrix.
How can I solve this issue?
