When I transfer my PST file, not all of my files/folders transfer

I am copying over my PST file into an Exchange database, I have been able to transfer over all files except two. These two files come up with PST errors. I run scanpst software and the files transfer, however only a few emails transfer and none of the folders I've created. How do I fix this or get it to transfer everything?

It is possible that the pst files are damage (assuming). You can run scanpst again until there are no errors found. Then try to open. As you are confident, but try to follow the actual steps from here: https://support.office.com/en-GB/article/Move-an-Outlook-data-file-from-one-computer-to-another-e7b2e7b2-fb87-406c-85c7-04d4b69cf9a0
