SAP courses and certifications are great resume builders for professionals in business and information technology. However, the reason these certificates are highly valued is that they require extensive knowledge and practical experience. The SAP is a software system that unites internal and external management information covers a whole organization. It embraces finance, manufacturing, CRM, sales, and service, etc.

SAP offers modules for different industries, including sales and marketing. The modules that would be most useful for sales and marketing professionals include:

  • SAP BI (business intelligence) courses and certifications. BI addresses technology integration into business management.
  • SAP SD (sales and distribution) courses and certifications.
  • SAP CRM (customer relationship management) courses and certifications. The CRM module includes sales, analytics, e-commerce, and marketing.
  • NetWeaver courses. (NetWeaver is the platform used by SAP products and services)

As you have experience in Sales and marketing, I would like to suggest SAP CRM, SAP BI and SAP SD certification.

@Subbu2606, you can go for Sap CRM. SAP Customer Relationship Management/CRM offers the details you need about key SAP CRM functionality & customization. While SAP CRM sales, service and marketing are different modules. SAP has separated certification for each one due to enhanced version.

@lohitjosh, "pursuing PGDM and will complete it through marketing or operations". that means you will be completed, that means, till date it is not completed. Why are you asking for SAP course before completing the current one. Frist of all you have to complete PGDM with solid knowledge, then try for a good job. Hope you will manage one. Then go for SAP course for your brighter future.

As your background is based on marketing, you can go for SAP SD or SAP CRM. But without consulting a good educational institute don't go for that.
