I hope you already got some points, IMO, they are simple for a specific case, We need to think deeply to address common senior issues against speed. if you run a startup website or an established, page speed matters. According to HTTP Archive, 61% of a website’s page weight is images. So think about Image Optimization-That will help you to speed up your site!

However, “Mind the File Size” is a big thought: because consumers wait for your page to load for just three seconds before jumping off your site check more How to Optimize Product Photos

    1. Too many plugins spoil the show rather than imroving it.
    2. It's better to keep site lightweight.
    3. There are plenty of tools available online to show what is making your website slow while loading.
    4. If speed matters a lot, it's better to go for a paid service from a reliable and trusted vendor.

Also don't force things down the users throat. If yo are load lots of small video clips, images and audio automatically, don't only load on demand. Another thing that is killing some sites is ads. I have visited a few lately and I don't want to have 4 or 5 30-45 second video ads loads and play.  I stopped going to my local news web page because of this. Every single link it seems play 1 or 2 ads before you can see the story. Not know the full function of your sites content and how it's being delivered we can only give general issues that may be a bottleneck in performance.

Why did you post that link?

Honestly, I don't believe that is the site you are trying to speed up, so, this question looks like spam to me.

Put less images on your website. Don't put so many links on your website specially on Home Page. Try proper format of images that helps to load faster. However, what hardware/ software are using there? This all depends on these specifications. Only loading faster does not sense much.

There are several ways, depends of the kind of website that you have.
YOu can compress your images, delete unused css and js. Combine all css and js into one file, you can try adding it with js in the head.

    I hipe this helps.

Please describe what you mean by "fastest". Do you mean what to do to update the HTML code soonest? Do you want the page download speeds to have shortest times? Do you want browsers to render your pages the fastest?

Perhaps regardless of what you mean, it can be impossible to answer without knowing what the web site is serving. Static pages? (Dynamic?) Few Images? Videos? Streaming service? Database queries?

Improving performance of one aspect might have little effect if other aspects are the major obstacles.

Home page must be as light weighted that is, less images, few links, etc. However you can use optimization tools that both are available free or cost. But loading faster depends on your website's mechanisms etc.

Website optimization is possible, but depends on what hardware/ software are you using there. Though Home page must be keep with less images, few links & search criteria.
