What is the difference between BCC and To?

For my studies, I'm trying to learn the difference between BCC and To in an email. Can someone help me out?

In To, you can send the copies to additional people by specifying email addresses. BCC stands for blind carbon copy, it is used when you want another person to receive the message, but you don’t want the other recipients to know they got it.

    Actually "To" is not for copies for additional people. The "To" field is used for the addressees.  I mean, the people whom the e-mail is directed to.

    If you want to send copies to additional people, then the "cc" field is what you would use.

    The quickest way to an answer would have been to type the into a Google search box. Numerous good explanations show in the results and it doesn't take hours or days to get a response.

    And there doesn't seem to be a problem to solve here.
