So, I'm in the process of setting up several computers for a hotel organization (in the lobby). For each computer, it needs to remove the browsing history / information between browsing sessions. I'm trying to see which browser I should add to these computers. What would be the best option: Chrome or Firefox? Or if there's another one, please let me know.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

In terms of security, you might also consider the Firefox-based Pale Moon browser: https://www.palemoon.org/

Between those two at the time of posting, I'd say Chrome would be best, running on Linux. The "best" browser choice might change at any time depending on releases. If FF catches back up in security management, it could go back on top.

At the present moment, I would go with Firefox. Chrome is still spying on you and reporting back, Firefox can be set to Auto delete all history, cookies and it can be set not to store any passwords.

I know Chrome has been dropping support for some things plug ins and add-ons to tighten up security. They are heading the way of HTML5 and the other browsers are following suit. There are other options like Opera, which most of your guest would not know how to use. If you are going to use Windows based systems there is IE or Edge in using a Win10 OS. My preferences are Firefox then Chrome. If I am trying to do something and it does not work I try the other browser.

Firefox is a better choice than all other browsers if you have Windows OS. If there is Mac OS, Safari is a better choice than other.
