I'm trying to go on the internet with my smart TV. I get to the point where I'm asked to enter my SSID. What is SSID and where do I find it?
Thank You,
James Sheehan

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The SSID refers to your wi-fi network, sometimes this can be found on t label on the bottom of the router.  It may be different for the 2.4 and 5 Ghz conections. You can also contact your ISP provider if you cannot find it and they should be able to help you. They may even have a link on their site telling you how to find it and connect your television.

A service set identifier/SSID is a sequence of characters that uniquely names a wireless local area network. An SSID is sometimes referred to as a "network name." If this is your first time, it is better to ask to ISP from where you get the internet connection.
