Its a mebibyte or a mega binary byte. It is roughly 1,000,000 bytes

Here’s the Mebibyte definition from Wikipedia. And you can listen to how this term is pronounced on the cool How do you pronounce IT? feature on Whatis.com.

The MiB designation (and the others, e.g., GiB) has been the standard for a couple decades. It is intended to eliminate confusion where some vendors use MB to 1 000 000 bytes and others use it to mean 1 048 576 bytes.
