Just think of cloud computing as another location to store your data.  It has not effect on the use or function of your database, except maybe if you lose connection to the cloud, but that is the risk everyone takes when using the cloud to store their data.  Still, I would advise you also do a backup on a local hard drive in the event that something happens with the location of your cloud based storage.  You can never be too careful.

Do you know what "cloud computing is"?
Is there any specific question or doubt you have when related to the cloud and databases?

    The question is too broad.
