I need info from an IT expert or knowledgeable person. What does it mean if there are 5-10 pen sized holes in a wall? What are they used for?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Are these hole in any specific pattern or have uniform spacing? The may have been the result of wall anchors used to strengthen the mounting screws used to affix something to a wall.

From where you did hear this one? Is it your office? If yes, then why did not you ask your IT person? Probably you saw some kind of LAN cabling or something like, that. So we can just guess.

Three rows in a straight line with 5 holes per row. With 3 holes at the top and bottom curved, making a circular pattern. Theres also a hole about 4x as big near the upper middle portion of it. There is a camera system hooked up and speaker system as well. Maybe somehow connected to one of those? I'm just curious because I've seen this several other places and am getting into IT.

Sounds like it could be the hole from a flat panel monitor that was connected to the wall for video conferencing.
