VMware ESX 3.5 and DS3400, Vcenter stop seeing datastores

we have a DS3400 and a Blade with ESX 3.5, the vcenter stops seeing the datastores, but the virtual machines still working. we don´t know what is going on? any comments

Try out this, to make available database for a powered-on virtual machine on ESX as an ordinary file if u search for all files and folders in the datastore browser. But, remember, u can’t see if it as a virtual disk while the virtual machine is powered on.
