Hai, How to import MS-Word 2000 document to notes view using VBA programming? (especially how to port option button and form drop-down filed values to notes view?)

You can use the Lotus Domino COM/OLE api to do this as long as your Word macro can get at the values of the Word form.

In VBA editor add a reference to Notes/Domino Type Library
(found at C:Program Fileslotusnotesnotes32.tlb if you have installed Notes on your machine).
The VBA Listbox.List property (along with Listbox.Listcount) give youa ccess to the items in the drop box. Just copy them to the document that you open with the Notes API. You need to open the document in the same way as you use LotusScript (which is itself very similar to VBA) so you can generally drop in the LotusScrip code for opeing a document into VBA.
