    The cloud is just a storage area. It can be accessed from any device that has internet connectivity.

    It is the same as if it is just one iPad, except if you are trying to use the same naming-convention for your files. Then I would suggest you use iPad1 and iPad2.

    There doesn’t seem to be any upper Limit on the number of device that can sync the same account information. If you set up iCloud on two different IPads on all the one same account then yes you should have all the apps that are downloaded through that one account.

    Probably this is for family use. For this Now you have to keep personal data separate.  and to accomplish this, necessary to setup icloud/ messages or facetime on each device with the individual apple id.
