So I've been getting several reports that users are getting locked out of our Windows Server 2012 domain. It's happening when they're trying to log in. I'm not sure what I can do on my end. Is there a log (in Active Directory perhaps) that can tell me why they're getting locked out and how I can stop it?

There might be several reasons for this issue. In Windows Server 2012, open the Server Manager. Click on AD DS & then, select 'Active Directory Users and Computers'. Right click on the Domain Controller & select the Find option. Now supply the user name as per the standards. Again right click on User & select the Properties option from the menu that appears. Next click Account option > Unlock Account. Perhaps this account is currently locked out on Active Directory Domain Controller option. Now, click on Apply & then click the Ok button after that to confirm the new settings. Keep in mind, that are all depend on design/configuration of Windows Server 2012 domain.
