I'm sure there are at least dozens of them, maybe hundreds or more. But the question is so vague that it's hard to tell what you're asking for.

For example, if you have sufficient authority, you can simply type WRKUSRPRF *ALL on a command line and a "list" of all user profiles will be "extracted" and displayed on your workstation screen.

But that seems far too simple to be what you're asking about.

Thanks for the reply..I ll try to explain, we as a security team extract the user list in all the production systems on monthly basis using a discovery tool which is failing to scan as400 systems.. So would like to know any tool that automate this activity to provide us the user list on periodic basis.

I've written a similar program. If you use the command, DSPUSRPRF  USRPRF(*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(USERFILE)  This places all of the user profile data into a spreadsheet, It doesn't include the password, of course.  Once the data is in the file, you can pull the fields that you need via SQL or program.   This command has to be run with a user id with the *sysadmn authority.

You can use the WRKUSRPRF as mentioned. To take it one step further you can set it up as a scheduled job to run at any time interval you want with WRKJOBSCDE then F6 to add a new job

There is no *SYSADMIN authority; perhaps *SECADM was intended. But to list all profiles with DSPUSRPRF, *SECADM is not sufficient; *ALLOBJ is also needed or private authority must be granted for each individual profile.
