You can also just use explorer and find the file on your C: Drive, then drag and drop it onto your flash drive.

    If you want to copy tax return on your flash drive, Open the return after launching turbotax, then click file menu >select save as now save tax return & save it. You can save this as pdf also.

    Open the folder you saved it in, drag and drop it into the USB drive.

    You can do it a number of ways like those mentioned. You could also right click and either cut/copy the file. Then using windows explorer navigate to your USB drive and paste it there in the desired folder.
    A word of caution..be very careful you do not misplace you USB drive or you risk some serious identity theft.
