How can I upload photos from Samsung phone to laptop?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Are the photos on the internal memory or an SD Card? If an SD card you can remove it and using an adapter insert it into the media reader slot and copy them to your laptop. If internal memory it may be possible using a USB cable depending on the exact model.

Have you the data cable, which is included with your Samsung phone? Hope you must have. Start your laptop (assuming this is Windows OS). After logging to desktop, connect the data cable with your laptop and phone. Now it asks for confirmation or you can check on Notification bar. Make it Allow and now the phone shows like a Drive (like D: or E: or whatever it is). Double click to open the drive letter and you can locate the folder where photos are stored.

Generally, in Android system (mobiles) photos are stored in DCIM folder, if not you saved them in another folder/location. If your Laptop has Bluetooth enabled or supports Bluetooth technology, you can transfer photos from mobile phone to laptop by using this technology. For Bluetooth, it is necessary to pair both the systems with each other.
