How can I upload photos from Nikon D3300 camera to Google Photos using Chrome box?

I assume you model does not have built in wi-fi. You might be better off trying the Google Photo Desktop Uploader https://photos.google.com/apps a try. It eases the uploading of your photos to Google photos pretty much seamlessly

    If the digital camera doesn’t have a built in Wi-Fi/Cellular data connection, so you can’t automatically upload photos directly from it without any additional hardware. However, when connect the digital camera to computer via a USB cable, you can have your computer immediately take over and automatically upload those photos.     Also if the camera has SD Card or something like that storage option (hope so), you can detach the card and insert this one in card reader/through adapter and download/copy all photos on your system like Desktop/ Laptop. Now you can sync them with your Gmail account for safety purpose or future use.
