Here you will find the steps through
which you create an out-of-office auto response without using an exchange server
account and you can do this simply by using an email template in combination
with Outlook rules but before using you should aware that their functionality
is available in Outlook 2010.
to create an auto reply massage template:-
1. Create a template with the
out-of-office message that will automatically send to people who send you an
email and that can be done simply just click on the New Email button on the

in your automatic reply.
3. Now if you finished writing the
message, save it by clicking file Save as
in the message window.
4. In Save As dialog box, here
you need to give the name of your auto
reply template and choose to save it as Outlook Template.
5. Note- Do not change the
destination folder for this file and save it exactly to the location that Microsoft
suggests, namely to the Microsoft >Templates folder.
