Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Lotus Notes files have an unusual structure, containing both applications and data in a single database-like format called NSF. These files can grow quite big and contain lots of valuable data, so losing them in a data corruption incident may have extremely negative and far-going consequences. When an incident like this renders one or more NSF files inaccessible, specialized tools like NSF Viewer will help view the Lotus Notes content and recover the information from them in the most convenient manner.

For viewing these NSF files, you need a third party NSF viewer tool. Without this, it is difficult to view NSF files.

Do you have Lotus Notes? If not then you may have to hunt around for some 3rd party application. If you do have note and you cannot open because it's damaged is not clear. Can you provide more details on what version of Lotus is involved.

Is it seen erstwhile? What happens there? Is the NSF is corrupted? Have you Lotus Notes installed and what version? Please check all of these.

Moreover, there are several causes for this issue. Like hardware failure/ faulty software/ power failure or file header corruption etc. Which might be causes for data corruption in NSF File. Due to these errors, sometimes users unable to open/ view the NSF file.
