I have a very strange issue I desperately need help with.
I have a user that visits my site and he uses a Cisco VPN solution to connect back to his office to collect his emails, he has recently received a new laptop and has been upgraded from Notes 8 to Notes 9.
The issue is that whenever he connects to his network from mine he isn't able to send emails with attachments, he can send emails without attachments fine but as soon as he attaches a file the client says it is connecting and after 46 seconds (yes I timed it) he received the following message
"Remote system no longer responding: .box"
If he connects to any other network he has no problems at all. Has anyone else seen this issue?
Software/Hardware used: IBM Notes 9, Windows 7, Draytek Vigor 2830n Firewall, BT Broadband, Cisco VPN Client
