Several users in my place unable to copy file from iNavigator to PC this morning, they're able to do it previously.
Usually, they would drag the file from iNavigator to desktop or right click the file in iNavigator and export it in the format they wanted (xls or txt).
They're having error "Access denied".
I've check the ID status in AS/400 and their network ID, both are enabled.
Disabled and enabled back their id does not fix it. I also tried to reinstalling iNavigator, nothing work and I unable to find the root cause.
