‘U’ key goes to utility and ‘L’ key goes to lock mode in Outlook 2003

When I open Microsoft Outlook 2003 and click 'u' or 'l' key,  it will directly open utility and lock popup box. Please let me know how to fix this.

    "i open ms outlook 2003 and clik u or l key it i'll directly open utility", sorry I could not understand this line..... what open utility ! asked for a/c password / any other popup comes all of a sudden. Plz clear this or post the full queries once more.
