Is it possible for all emails which are sent to my outlook email address to also be copied in to another address that I have (without telling the sender to copy both addresses in)?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can export the emails from one account and import them to another account if you are using any desktop email client. In case of outlook.com you can add forwarder by creating rule.

More clear description is required here! Please tell me more which type email account you are using. If you are using outlook.com account then create a rule and easily forward email from one account to another email account.

I see one problem with this.  If you are transferring the emails from one system to another and using the same logon, then yes, it will work.  If you are using another logon, then no, you will not be able to open up the pst files because of the logon certificates.
