Two networks to a single ethernet port of a router

I want to connect two different networks to a single port of a router. How to configure router ethernet port other than secondary IP address (as it generates broadcasts to other networks and VLAN (as I'm not having a manageable switch)? Is there any method? My first network is 190.180.5.0 /24 and second is 198.162.62.1/255.255.255.0.

Which OS are you using now? Commands are depend on OS also. Is there same OS for all/mixed OS like linux, windows, mac etc. However you can use route add command and this can be determined gateway/IP address.
