Hi. Since NBN installed, everytime I use the landline or laptop the tv picture is scrambled totally unwatchable. I also have Foxtel.

    Assuming that "NBN" is the Australian National Broadband Network, you should report it to the installing agency. There's a good chance that signals are leaking from one or more connection points, possibly faulty connectors or cable/wire shielding.

    Sounds like an interference issue. There may need to be filters placed on the line or other installation problems... Call the installer and have them check it out. Here is a link to their support page. Foxtel Support
