The IBM Redbook site is a great place to start. It contains man many free books in topics including Lotus Notes, Domino, IBM Workplace, Sametime, Quickplace, Websphere, Rational, Tivoli etc.

Books24X7.com is a good resource for technical books.
They have a free 30 day trial. But, then you have to pay for it. Perhaps you can get your company to pay for it if the resource works out.
