If your form is in RECOVER status, it means the form did not apply on the system, check for the joblog, there must be an issue. We mostly get object locks. And once you are sure the problem is fixed, purge the form (Take PP across the form number on the production system), there are other parameters that need to given depending on your setup. After the form is purged, go back to the test system or the system from where you are sending the form, change the distributed status of the form to ‘N’ and now resend the form.
