Is your monitor is brand new or old one? Have you tested this monitor with another system before using with current one?

If you connect the 3rd monitor as the 2nd display after disconnecting the 2nd monitor, can you get a signal through that Port?

It may be you video card cannot support 3 independent monitors. Some will only mirror another monitor, both showing the same screen.  What make and model video card and monitors are you looking to hook up ?

Please check this one, on "Display Options" page by right-clicking on the desktop, under "Properties" option. From there, click on the second monitor (which you can see listed in the drop-down menu), then check the box for "Extend My Desktop Onto This Display." The same will be followed for third monitor also. However, sometimes this can be depend on make/ model.
