Usually when I have to transfer files from my desktop to my Kindle, I usually use a USB. But can I actually do the same thing using my Wi-Fi? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

If there is a wireless router, things can be easy to connect. Just connect the Kindle Fire to WIFI & make sure the PC & Kindle Fire are in the same local area network. There is an app called ES File Explorer (free to use). Download it & install the same. After that, open this app & tap the top left icon say, "Fast Access" menu. Now choose Tools > Remote Manager. You can see the current hotspot you connect. Now follow the on-screen instructions to complete the task.

I see all attached devices in my network on my desktop. One of my devices is attached to network via Wifi. I initially set up a file share on the Wifi device, so, when I look to see if the Wifi device is connected to the network, and it is, I see the file share area on the Wifi device and I just copy between the two devices.
