What database are you using now? Is it SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle or other type? Is there any backup of the database? Here this is just for an example for your better concept: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms186390(v=sql.105).aspx

Is this a Outlook mail question or database question? For mail you can highlight the emails then drag and drop emails to move them from one folder to another. You an also use the MOVE feature in the Outlook ribbon. If it's a database question what type of database and on what type of server is it located?

Open Outlook. Click File > Info > Account Settings. Now highlight the account then click Change > More Settings > Advanced Tab, where you can find Add, here you type the name of your existing mailbox & click OK. Now verify the new mailbox is listed. Again click OK to save. Click Next, then Finish then Close. This is based on Outlook 2010, but this method can work almost all latest versions.
