And who would receive this telegram? The last telegram to be sent (worldwide) was in 2013 in India. This service no longer exists.

    What OS is there? What is the environment like is it your office / for personal use? Have you updated the system recently? Are you sure that you supplied correct password for that on next time?

    I think you are talking about the Telegram Mobile App. Once you log out of it, how will it know for which account it has to work. So login is essential.

    A lot of services and apps require an active login. Once logged out they will not work properly. It's similar to a lot of apps, some work offline others require an active internet connection.
