    Not a bad charge; probably less than I would charge. You can get help for free, but its value generally matches the fee, with unlimited false directions. Access to the device is generally needed in order to give reliable help.

    Other than that, help generally consists of suggesting one thing after another until something (might) actually works.

    What symptoms are you having and is it consistent or random? IS your connection wi-fi or are you connected via an Ethernet cable? Are you connecting at 2.4g or 5.0g ? What OS are you running? Win 10 updates can sometimes cause connection issues by messing with the wi-fi adapter settings... We need a bit more details.
